There are two Associations for our Regency Community.

The "Regency at the Woods of South Barrington Association" is the primary homeowners' association for the Regency community.

 

​There is also Master Association that covers both the Regency and the Woods of South Barrington.

 

​The maintenance responsibilities of each association are described.

* Clubhouse (interior and exterior) and clubhouse amenities such as swimming pool, pool deck, fencing and sport areas

​* Regency entrance monuments 

* Regency common areas

* Landscaping around homes

​* Street and driveway snow removal and de-icing

* Portion of office staff payroll

 

The Woods of South Barrington Association

 

* Woods common areas

* All ponds and wetlands including water quality, vegetation and aerators

* Berm landscaping on Penny Road

* Irrigation system in all common areas

* All street lights

​* Woods entrance monuments

* All walking paths

* Portion of office staff payroll
